Dr. Joseph Eshun is a management expert who earned his PhD and MPhil from Columbia University in New York, as well as his B.Sc. from City College of Higher Education in London, England, and his Master of Science in management and policy from the State University of New York. He has been a professor of business management for the past 20 years, and his responsibilities include curriculum creation and instruction in a variety of management, entrepreneurship, and business courses. Over the course of nearly 20 years, he has held associate professor positions at East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania State University, Berks-Lehigh Valley, Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Columbia University, New York.

In 2017, Emmanuel started Astute Business Consulting and in 2014, published a book titled “How to Write a Winning Business Plan”. He obtained a degree in economics from the University of Ghana in 2011 and worked in quality management for eight years between 2014 and 2022.
He is certified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems, and he has extensive experience writing business plans, conducting business needs analyses, designing business policies, developing financial models, designing systems for profit maximization and cost minimization, designing employee performance measurement systems, conducting customer satisfaction analyses,.
